I called from Oregon to send a Christmas Centerpiece and the guy on the phone was EXTREMELY RUDE!!!! I was on the website and told him what I wanted for the price that was listed. He was very unprofessional and said "Uhh yeah right, you're gonna have to come up with more money than that." I told him I was going to find a different floral shop and he said " THANK GOD, THANK YOU!"
Lamp's donates a small arrangement every week to our nursing home. They even deliver it for free. They are five star in my book for putting a smile on the faces of the residents whom receive the arrangement.
I have used Lamp for the last 4 years to send my mom flowers at Augustana College. They are friendly, fast and create the arrangement as I request. My mom is always pleased. I highly recommend them. Good value, good service.
