The cashiers throw the food down the belt, after the item has been scanned . It's like they are in a contest to see who can check items the fastest. Cashiers are not very friendly.
Always a great place to shop. The new remodel looks nice. The only inconvenience is when checking out. There is no room for your cart and the cart the checker is loading the groceries into. Also, it hard to reach the card machine with the carts in the way.
Good deal on vegetables but getting compared to high end grocery stores. It is not as cheap as it use to be. All Aldi in the area have different pricing do shop around
Very good for prices. Veggies were nice and fresh. Fruit was awesome. Just a good day shopping at Aldis Rock Island.
It is always dirty looking and there is no customer assistance, but that is the point, no frills to save money buying brands of food that I have never heard of. When they have freshly stocked fruit and veggies, that can be really nice. But fresh produce cannot be expected every time you visit the store. You have to pay a quarter deposit to use a shopping cart, can you believe that?
