Ive come here for alot of years and they have allways helped with my projects and been interested as if it was they're own.fine people, ide recommend highly.
Staff don't listen when you request items for your family members example my father has hip surgery on both hips he was told not to sit with his legs together or his knees and not to sit in small chairs I've asked multiple times if he could have a larger wheelchair and they have not yet after 6 weeks gave him one. The best are older don't raise up and down properly I was told that they had brought the beds over from the old nursing home Oak Glen that just too weird and just recently it came down from the county that they are to remove all of the bed rails off of the beds because they feel it's a hazard how's the patient supposed to raise himself up and help get himself up out of bed without railings
Everyone was supremely helpful, even as I struggled to change a simple key battery at the front of the store in front of literally everyone. They were good humored, and supportive. I love everyone that was there.
The owner is extremely unprofessional and insulting to repeat customers... stay away or go to M&M on 14Ave.
