I am very disappointed with this clinic. Not only did I get blamed for a scheduling error ,in which I was told my son was just going to have his prescription called in, not only did the scheduler say I didn't confirm them but when I did my oldest daughter was the only one supposed to be seen. The lady in question responded with, " well, I remember the entire conversation with you and I didn't say that." Yes, she did because I remember the entire conversation too. Then my youngest son's medication was called into the wrong location when I clearly stated that their meds go to Jewel Osco and not CVS. They have never gone to CVS. All my other kids managed to wind up in the same place, but my youngest son's. I had to have Jewel call them, but apparently no one bothered answering. I was told while the nurse and other doctors went on vacation that no meds had been called in to my son, but that I would have to take him to a walk-in clinic instead due to the aforementioned "error", after he had already been two days without his meds. When I called to confirm the appointments made sure to say they all go to Jewel. What made it even worse is they can't even have an answering service or someone stay on call during the holidays for any issues. Not once did anyone tell me that the meds were sent somewhere else until today 12/28/2017. Not the receptionist, who can't even make appointments. This place would get a 0 at this point in time if I could give it.
