My company has used them a couple times, but will never use again. They have screwed up almost every shipment and customer service is difficult to work with.

Office personnel are great but the drop yard is like the Bermuda triangle. You may go in but you might not get out.
Just almost got taken out by their truck because he decided hearing car horns meant to run them over in the next lane.
My company used dorhn as our preferred carrier a few years back. They had excellent rates and quick pickup and deliver. Unfortunately they got hooked up with Deere and then forgot the little guy. We went from having same day pickup to product sitting on our dock for 5 to 6 days after being scheduled for pickup. Multiple phone calls had to be made to remind them we had items ready, not once but continued for 2 months before we switched from them. We had customers that we had referred dorhn to and they also experienced the same problems and eventually switched freight companies. We tried them again recently and nothing appears to have changed.
