Delivery has always been within less than 30 minutes. Pleasant delivery drivers have always been with my orders.
I'm so irritated...I call to order and once I told them my address they told me they don't deliver pass 11th street...I think that sucks I'll take my business elsewhere

This place is an establishment that serves late and is trying to accommodate many individuals. If you need napkins, ask for them. It's you stupid fault that you didn't get them. If you stopped being a regular over a couple sauce sides then you are a liar. I bet that most complaints here are ex-employees that are trying to get back at their former employers. That or they've never worked in the service industry. For the service and product, they do a great job. Also, most complaints (what little there is) specify a time which are mostly after 1 am. Customers were hammered and didn't order correctly.
