4 stars because I bet the pizza is going to be amazing but when I called to order it the worker was speaking in a very rude tone and made me feel rushed even though I was being SOOO kind and my order was so simple! Medium pepperoni pizza that's it! Definetly someone that isn't happy with their job I suggest they find a job they don't have to work with people perhaps that's the problem? Just somebody I would never hire to work if I ever had a business I would want to hire people that have great customer service! Making the customers want to come back! Sorry my little rant its just a pet peeve when workers are so rude at my favorite food places or stores. Making me never want to go back. I'm very sensitive as you can tell
I ordered online, the man arrived in a timely manner, and then only had half my order, said oh I'll be right back. thinking he was going to his car I waited and watched him drive off....perplexed I called the store where I was on hold then transferred then hung up on , called back and was on hold for 6 more minutes to say they were trying to get ahold of the driver, as I was waiting the delivery man came, walked into my house then I guess realised he should knock closed the door. I told the man on the phone the guy was back he said ok. did you too 5 I said yes and he hung up. no apologies no nothing. I'm just beyond irritated and will not order pizza hut again.
Ordered a pizza and pasta online last night and called in to correct order address. My number is listed clearly and correctly on both. An hour later, I call in curious. They had the wrong number and address. Stuff happens. They re deliver and put a 20 dollar credit on. Cool, free pizza. Except here I sit, 50 minutes later. Again. Glad I didn't use a debit card.
