Always enjoy biscuits at Hardees. Fresh made biscuits always beats frozen anyday.
They have the 5-Star lunches. Not saying they're any good. I typically only order the monster burger if I have a coupon. They're breakfast sandwiches are good. Again I only order when I have a coupon. Window and Indoor service is okay. They do a decent job of having your order correct.
Food was fast. Service was prompt and professional. The lady working the drive thru window even made sure we had enough napkins and ketchup. Pleasant fast food experience.
Last time I ate here, and only time I've ever eaten here, we ate inside. The restaurant seemed clean but when I pulled out a paper towel there was an earwig in the paper towels. I won't be back, I'm too grossed out.
Usually service is good. Ocationally they make a mistake. But if you let them know they will make it right to the possibility of free gift card or put your name in a book for the product they made wrong.
