Gross, dirty store. Who stacks boxes of ketchup packets in the area where the drive thru attendee is supposed to work. Shabby exterior and even worse inside. Just because someone paints a wheelchair symbol on the concrete and makes a 2&1/2 foot divet in the sidewalk does not mean your place of business is handicap accessible. And how is someone supposed to balance themselves on the narrow sidewalk and pull open a heavy door, and wheel into the place, without falling off of the sidewalk. They don't hear complaints because handicapped people just don't even try to go there.
I eat here all the time because I live right down the road. When I go through drive-thru the sandwiches and fries are made poorly. For instance, my burger is no mustard, pickle, or tomato and this is what it looked like. Not very appetizing. When we dine-in the burgers and fries are both made perfect.
Great food. Great enviroment. Healthier not healthy but healthier than most fast food places. 10/10
Grill went down just as we ordered. Understandable, but an explanation from employees would have been helpful.
On 10/22/2017 around 9:30pm. I ordered a 4 for 4. I got the Junior bacon burger. I asked for NO ketchup, Mustard ONLY. of course they made it wrong, It was only ketchup. they remade the sandwich, I got home got ready to eat it and what do I see..... Mayo.... VERY DISAPPOINTED! DONE WITH THIS RESTAURANT.
